Chief of Air Staff visits flood affected area Durgapur in Feni.

On 31 August 2024, visited the flood affected area at Durgapur of Feni district. During the visit, he visited the medical campaign conducted by expert doctors of the Air Force in Durgapur and adjoining areas of Feni district and distributed relief to the flood victims.

Also, on behalf of all the students of BAF Shaheen College, Dhaka, relief for the flood affected people was handed over to Air Vice Marshal Md. Sharif Uddin Sarkar, OSP, GUP, BPP, NDC, PSC, Air Captain of Bashar Air Force Base and President of the Board of Management of the College. .

It should be noted that the Bangladesh Air Force has been continuously conducting medical campaigns in the flood-affected areas. Also, relief and rescue operations are ongoing by the Air Force.

During this time, he provided necessary guidance to the Air Force members engaged in rescue, relief supply and medical activities. The inspection was attended by senior Air Force officers and other members.
