Business in Bangladesh Editor Engr. Mohammad Shajibul-al-Rajib, paid a courtesy call on the newly elected Information and Broadcasting Minister, Zahir Uddin Swapan, at his office on Wednesday (February 18, 2026).

During the meeting, he extended his warm congratulations to the Hon’ble Minister by presenting him with a bouquet of flowers. On the occasion, the January 2026 Special Edition of Business in Bangladesh was formally handed over to the Minister.

The Editor also expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Minister for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet him.

Minister Zahir Uddin Swapan conveyed his best wishes to the Editor and assured full cooperation in future activities related to the information and broadcasting sector.

The meeting was held in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.
