The trophy for the Dutch-Bangla Bank Bangladesh vs Ireland Test Series 2025 was unveiled in a grand ceremony in front of a historic building in Sylhet. The series was officially launched by the captains of both teams in front of the iconic Ali Amjad Clock Tower located next to the historic Keen Bridge in Sylhet city.
The event, a cricket tourism initiative run by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and in collaboration with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, became a unique showcase of Sylhet’s heritage and culture. “Cricket Meets Sylhet Icons”—the theme showcases Sylhet’s history, culture and modern cricket in the same frame.
