Bahrain Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani telephoned Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman to express his condolences on behalf of the King.
In the telephone conversation, the Bahraini Foreign Minister officially confirmed the death of a Bangladeshi national hit by Iranian missile debris. He conveyed his deep condolences and condolences to the Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Tarique Rahman, on behalf of Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Bahraini Foreign Minister reiterated that his government is taking all necessary measures to ensure the overall safety, security and welfare of Bangladeshi nationals living in Bahrain and will continue to do so in the future.
The Bangladeshi Foreign Minister expressed his sincere gratitude for the cooperation and prompt communication of the Bahraini government in this tragic incident and expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased Bangladeshi national.
It is worth noting that earlier this afternoon, the Foreign Minister of Bahrain spoke with the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh over the telephone.
