After the resignation of Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, who was in charge of the Youth and Sports Ministry, Advisor Professor Asif Nazrul got the responsibility of the ministry.
A notification was issued by the Cabinet Division on Thursday (December 11, 2025) evening, redistributing the responsibilities. Asif Nazrul will now hold the responsibilities of three ministries as he has been added to the new ministry along with the previous two.
Currently, Professor Asif Nazrul is holding the responsibilities of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Employment.
