The Annual General Meeting of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) was held in Dhaka. This important meeting was held at a prestigious hotel in the capital today, Thursday (24 July 2025). The meeting is being considered a landmark step in the development of cricket in the Asian region, with representatives of cricket boards from various Asian countries in attendance.

Representatives of ACC member countries, foreign diplomats and officials and employees of various cricket-related organizations participated in the meeting. Notable countries and organizations participating in this meeting were: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh (The Tigers), Afghanistan, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Malaysia, Nepal (Cricket Association of Nepal – CAN), Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (Emirates Cricket), Bahrain, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Indonesia (PCI – Indonesian Cricket Association), Iran, Japan, Maldives, Myanmar and Tajikistan.

Representatives from different countries presented their respective cricket structures, development activities and future plans at the meeting. In addition, there was detailed discussion on cooperation with new members, organizing bilateral and multilateral series, and exchange of experiences.
