Canada’s Assistant Deputy Minister meets with business and development partners to strengthen development and trade

To usher in a new chapter in the cooperation between Canada and Bangladesh, Weldon Epp, Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of Canada’s Foreign Policy for Global Affairs Canada, recently met with business leaders and development partners in Bangladesh.

During the meeting, he discussed ways to encourage innovation, open up new market opportunities, and further strengthen development and trade linkages. He said these steps are being taken with the aim of mutual benefit and sustainable economic growth for both countries.
