Malaysian High Commissioner visits Ulkasemi to strengthen bilateral cooperation in semiconductor sector

The Malaysian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Mohd Shuhada Othman, recently visited Ulkasemi Private Limited, one of the leading companies in the technology sector, along with representatives from the Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce (BMCCI). The main objective of the visit was to explore and strengthen new opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the semiconductor sector between Bangladesh and Malaysia.

Established in 2007, the company has been playing a leading role in the country’s semiconductor design service industry under the leadership of Ulkasemi’s President and CEO, Honorable Mr. Mohammad Enayetur Rahman.

During the visit, both sides emphasized the potential for mutual investment and joint ventures in chip design and advanced manufacturing technologies. The discussions focused on Ulkasemi’s upcoming expansion plans in the Malaysian semiconductor industry.
