BGMEA and TEXPROCIL Hold Meeting to Strengthen Bangladesh-India Textile Trade

Dr. Velkrishna, member of the administration committee of Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL), and Murali Balkrishna, joint director of the council, met with BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan at the BGMEA office in Dhaka.

During the meeting, discussions were held on further strengthening bilateral trade relations between Bangladesh and India, especially in the ready-made garments and textile sectors.

Both sides emphasized on utilizing the huge potential through mutual cooperation and increasing business-level connectivity.

BGMEA Director Mohammad Sohel was present during the meeting.
