The monthly welfare meeting of Gazipur District Police was held at Gazipur Police Lines Drill Shed on Monday (May 12, 2025) at 10.00 am at Ghatka. Dr. Chowdhury Md. Jaber Sadek, Superintendent of Police, Gazipur was present as the president of the meeting. The Superintendent of Police listened to the various benefits and disadvantages of the officers and force members present very carefully and gave instructions to take action.
It is to be noted that on the occasion of Police Week 2025, Mr. Aminul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (DB), Gazipur was awarded the BPM Medal, Mr. Md. Asaduzzaman, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kaliganj Circle was awarded the IGP Badge, Constable/Md. Abdul Razzak, Constable/Md. Akbar Ali and Constable/Md. Arifur Rahman were awarded the IGP Badge and were awarded the Crest by the Superintendent of Police, Gazipur.
April/2025 AD. In recognition of the good work of the month, the best clueless robbery case solving officer in the district was SI (Retd)/Md. Fazlul Haque, Mouchak Police Outpost, Kaliakair Police Station, the best clueless murder case solving officer in the district was SI (Retd)/Md. Jamal Uddin, Joydebpur Police Station, the best drug recovery officer in the district was SI (Retd)/Md. Monirul Islam, Kapasia Police Station, the best warrant processing officer in the district was SI (Retd)/Sushanta Chandra Sarkar, Kaliganj Police Station, the best warrant processing officer in the district was ASI (Retd)/Md. Hasmat Ali, Kapasia Police Station, the best traffic officer in the district was Sergeant/Md. Rakib Hossain, Traffic Division, Gazipur, and all the best officers were awarded crests and cash.
The welfare meeting was attended by Mr. Khandaker Ashfaquzzaman, BPM, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops), Mr. Mohammad Mozammel Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB), Mr. Aminul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (DB), Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, Additional Superintendent of Police, Traffic Division, Mr. Md. Asaduzzaman, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kaliganj Circle, Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain Khan, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Kaliakair Circle, officers-in-charge and inspectors of various police stations, and in-charges of various outposts and senior officials of the district.
