BIDA Hosts Meeting Between Bangladeshi Officials and Azerbaijani Business Delegation

A high-level meeting was held on Monday (28 April, 2025) at the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) conference room, focusing on enhancing economic ties and exploring investment opportunities between Bangladesh and Azerbaijan. The meeting was chaired by Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun, Executive Chairman (State Minister) of BIDA, and was attended by key Bangladeshi officials, along with a business delegation from Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijani delegation, led by His Excellency Mr. Elnur Mammadov, the Hon’ble Deputy Foreign Minister of the Government of Azerbaijan, engaged in productive discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral trade relations and fostering investment opportunities in both countries. The meeting focused on exploring collaboration in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and technology, with an emphasis on mutual benefit and sustainable economic growth.
