Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, PSC, left for Russia on Sunday (April 6, 2025) on an official visit. After completing his visit to Russia, he will leave for Croatia on April 10, 2025.
During the visit, he will hold courtesy calls with senior military and civilian officials of Russia and Croatia and exchange views on improving bilateral cooperation in the military sector. In addition, the Army Chief will visit several military installations and armament factories.
After the visit, the Army Chief will return to Bangladesh on April 12, 2025.
