The Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel Dhaka organized the ‘Children’s Iftar Party 2025’ for orphaned children studying in madrasas on Tuesday (March 18, 2025).
Dr. Abul Fayez Muhammad Khalid Hossain, Honorable Advisor to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was present as the chief guest at the event. The event was presided over by Nasreen Jahan, Honorable Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism and Honorable Chairman, Hotel International Limited.
Also present at the event were Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rashid, Additional Secretary (Tourism) of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism Fatema Rahim Veena, Managing Director of Abdul Monem Limited ASM Mainuddin Monem, Managing Director (Additional Secretary) of Hotel International Limited, Md. Israt Hossain Khan, Company Secretary (Joint Secretary) of Hotel International Limited, Md. Anwarul Islam Sarkar, Acting Managing Director of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel Dhaka Asif Ahmed, Director (Food and Beverage) of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel Dhaka Kazi Moazzem Hossain and Public Relations Manager of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel Dhaka Md. Nafiuzzaman were also present at the event.
As a special gift, school bags were provided to the children participating in this event by the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel authorities. Abdul Monem Limited was in support of this great initiative, which provided a gift hamper for the visiting children.
At the event, guests delivered valuable speeches to the orphaned children and ate iftar together.
