Prime Minister Tarique Rahman lays foundation stone of third building of Biam Foundation

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman laid the foundation stone of the third building of Biam Foundation in New Eskaton in the capital. He laid the foundation stone at a ceremony organized at 10 am on Saturday (April 25, 2026).

At the ceremony, the Prime Minister said that the promise that BNP has made to the country and the people is a commitment made with the people. He also mentioned that the government is working to implement that commitment.

He further said that there is no alternative to building a people-friendly administration to build an expected and developed country. To this end, the government has taken initiatives to make the training system more modern and result-oriented. In addition, the government is also determined to develop merit-based, confident and creative human resources.

Addressing the government’s administrative officials, he said that they should think of themselves not only as officials, but also as servants and friends of the people. This will further strengthen the relationship between the administration and the people and the quality of service will also increase.

Senior officials of the Biam Foundation, representatives of various ministries, and other concerned persons were present at the event.
