The 16th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) was held at Islami Bank Tower on Thursday (April 23, 2026).
The meeting was presided over by Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBCML. The meeting was attended by the company’s Directors S. M. Abdul Hamid, FCA and Md. Altaf Hussain, Managing Director and CEO Abu Sayeed Md. Nahid, FCS, Company Secretary (Current Responsibilities) Md. Saiful Islam.
In addition, other directors and shareholders were connected to the virtual platform. During this time, various important issues including the approval of the annual financial statements for the year 2025 by the shareholders and the business success of the organization were discussed.
