A A M Saleh appointed as Prime Minister’s new press secretary

Desk Report:

Abu Abdullah M Saleh (Saleh Shibli) has been appointed as Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s press secretary. The Ministry of Public Administration has appointed him with the rank of government secretary. The notification signed by Mohammad Nur-e Alam, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry’s Contracts and Foreign Employment Branch, said that Abu Abdullah M Saleh has been allowed to join this post on the condition that he renounces any other profession, business or employment relationship with any government, semi-government, private institution and organization.

According to the notification, this appointment will be effective for the term of the Prime Minister or subject to his satisfaction. Other terms and conditions of the appointment will be determined as per the contract.

The notification mentioned that this order has been issued in the public interest.
