He passed away this Wednesday (January 21, 2026) morning (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun). This information was confirmed to the media by Soni Rahman, executive member of the Artists Association.
He said that when Ilyas Javed’s condition suddenly worsened, he was taken to the hospital. But he could not be saved. Everyone will pray for him.
It is known that Ilyas Javed had been confined to his house for several years due to physical illness. This actor had been suffering from cancer for a long time.
