On Wednesday (14 January 2026), the closing parade of the annual central camping-2025/26 was held at the Training Academy of the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) Directorate in Bypail, Savar. At the event, Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, PSC, was present as the chief guest and inspected the parade and took the salute.
The Army Chief delivered his welcome speech and guidance speech to the officers of the armed forces, BNCC officers, professor under officers, teacher under officers and BNCC cadets working at BNCC. He emphasized on the security and discipline of the country along with the armed forces and the leading role of BNCC cadets in any critical moment of the country. At the same time, he highly appreciated the pioneering role of BNCC cadets at the social and national levels and congratulated all the members of this organization.
The Military Secretary of the Army; GOC, 9 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Savar Area; Vice Chancellor, Dhaka University; Director General of BNCC Directorate; senior officers of the armed forces; officers and cadets of BNCC and media persons were present at the said parade.
