On Friday (January 2, 2026) in Anandanagar, a prayer mahfil was organized by BNP Ward No. 37, Badda Thana, Dhaka Metropolitan North, seeking forgiveness for the departed soul of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. At the same time, BNP nominated candidate for Dhaka-11 constituency M A Quayum distributed winter clothes among the backward communities.
The program was presided over by BNP Ward No. 37, Badda Thana, Dhaka Metropolitan North President Deepak Kumar Das. The prayer mahfil was conducted by Ward General Secretary Harun R Rashid.
