A BNP delegation has reviewed the overall preparation and management of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on the occasion of the possible return of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
Today, Thursday (December 18, 2025), the delegation led by National Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed visited the airport and participated in a meeting with senior officials of the Civil Aviation Authority on this occasion.
The meeting discussed in detail the airport’s security arrangements, passenger movement, protocol, VIP management and overall logistical preparations for Tarique Rahman’s arrival.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, BNP Media Cell Convener Dr. Moudud Pavel and Tarique Rahman’s Chief Security Officer B. J. Shamsul Islam were also present in the delegation.
