Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson and national leader Begum Khaleda Zia is being transferred to London for advanced treatment. She will be taken to London by a special air ambulance sent by the Qatar government either tonight midnight or tomorrow Friday morning.
Begum Zia’s personal physician and BNP Standing Committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain confirmed this information at a press conference organized at Evercare Hospital on Thursday (December 4). He said that as per the unanimous decision of the medical board, the decision to transfer her abroad has been taken as advanced international level treatment has become urgent.
