UK Minister for International Development Jenny Chapman hopes to further strengthen UK-Bangladesh trade ties

UK Minister for International Development Jenny Chapman paid a courtesy call on Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) Chairman Ashiq Chowdhury. The meeting discussed ways to further strengthen UK-Bangladesh trade ties.

During the meeting, Jenny Chapman said that the UK will always be by Bangladesh’s side as it prepares for its post-LDC graduation. She assured the UK of its continued support to ensure Bangladesh’s long-term economic growth and sustainable development.
