BGB Humanitarian Assistance in the remote Chhota Harina on the border of Rangamati

Humanitarian assistance has been provided to the poor and helpless underprivileged through the program taken under the Harmony and Development Project in the remote Chhota Harina of Barkal Upazila of Rangamati.

This humanitarian assistance was provided on Tuesday (October 28) morning at the initiative of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Chhota Harina Zone.

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Rangamati Sector Commander Colonel Ahsan Habib PSC was present as the chief guest and handed over the humanitarian assistance.

Chhota Harina Zone Commander Lt. Colonel Imrul Kayes Mehedi, Medical Officer Captain Asifur Rahman, Assistant Director Quartermaster Masud Rana, local public representatives and dignitaries were present at the time.

In his speech as the chief guest, the Sector Commander said that BGB has always been working to improve the quality of life of the border people in addition to protecting the border. We want peace, harmony and development in the area.

During this time, sewing machines, corrugated iron, financial donations, livestock, as well as sports equipment and donations to various mosques and monasteries were provided to the distressed and helpless people of the area under the Chhota Harina Zone.
