CEMS-Global going to Host three-day international exhibition Nov 13-15

CEMS-Global USA and CEMS Bangladesh have officially announced a major series of international trade exhibitions focusing on the construction, energy, and water industries. The events will be held from November 13 to 15, 2025, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka and will remain open to visitors daily from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

The exhibitions will feature the 30th Build Bangladesh International Expo 2025 and the 24th Real Estate Expo 2025, marking the 30-year milestone of the Build Series. Over the past three decades, it has become Bangladesh’s largest and longest-running construction expo, showcasing building materials, construction technologies, equipment, interior design, and modern housing solutions. With the construction sector contributing over 8% to GDP and a population exceeding 170 million, coupled with high urbanization, demand for housing and urban infrastructure is rising sharply. The Build Series offers a key platform for industry stakeholders to explore emerging technologies and forge strategic partnerships.

Alongside these, CEMS-Global will organize the 27th Power Bangladesh International Expo 2025, the 22nd Solar Bangladesh International Expo 2025, and the 7th Dhaka International Lighting Expo 2025. Collectively known as the Power Series, these events are recognized as Bangladesh’s largest and longest-running international showcases for power generation, renewable energy, and innovative lighting solutions. The exhibitions will highlight the latest technologies in power generation and transmission, renewable and solar energy, and smart, energy-efficient lighting systems – supporting the nation’s transition toward clean and sustainable energy.

Additionally, the Water Bangladesh International Expo 2025 will present cutting-edge solutions in water and wastewater management, purification, desalination, and smart water systems. With Bangladesh’s rapid urbanization and industrial growth, and in line with long-term national initiatives such as the Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100, the expo aims to promote collaboration among industries, technology providers, and government agencies to ensure sustainable water management and environmental resilience.

The exhibitions were officially announced at a press conference held at the CEMS Bangladesh Corporate Office in Dhaka on October 20, where Meherun N. Islam, President and Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global for the USA and Asia-Pacific, briefed the media on the series. She was joined by S.S. Sarwar, Group CEO of CEMS-Global USA; Tanveer Qamrul Islam, Executive Director; and Abhishek Das, Director of CEMS-Global.

More than 200 exhibiting companies from over 20 countries – including China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, the UAE, and the United Kingdom – are set to participate in the event. Featuring over 500 booths and international pavilions, the exhibitions are expected to attract more than 35,000 trade and business visitors. Thousands of industry delegates, trade professionals, and decision-makers are anticipated to attend to explore emerging technologies, forge strategic partnerships, and engage in productive B2B meetings. The event will also host a series of technical seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions, offering valuable insights into global trends and innovations shaping the construction, energy, and water sectors.

Leading national brands, including Walton, ACI, Rahima Afroz, Omera, and SSG, are set to showcase their latest products and services. The 22nd Solar Bangladesh International Expo 2025 will feature the ‘Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH’ as its official Knowledge Partner. In collaboration with CEMS-Global, GIZ Bangladesh will host a day-long conference titled ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Energy Workforce’ on 15th October at Hall 5 (Pushpanjali)of the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). Bengal Airlift Limited will act as the official travel, courier, and cargo partner for the exhibitions. Through these flagship exhibitions, CEMS-Global continues to reinforce Bangladesh’s position as a regional hub for industrial innovation, renewable energy, and sustainable infrastructure development in South Asia.
