NCP delegation paid a courtesy call on Japanese Ambassador

A delegation of the Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) led by NCP convener Nahid Islam paid a courtesy call and meeting at the official residence of Japanese Ambassador Saida Shinichi.

First Secretaries of the Japanese Embassy Komini Ken and Minami Tamo were present at the meeting. Convener Nahid Islam, Joint Convener Tanzil Mahmud and Joint Member Secretary Alauddin Mohammad participated from NCP.

The meeting saw a wide-ranging exchange of views on the current political and law and order situation in Bangladesh, the upcoming national elections, democratic processes, investment environment and mutual cooperation.

Nahid Islam expressed gratitude for Japan’s long-standing cooperation in the economic and infrastructural development of Bangladesh and assured to further strengthen Bangladesh-Japan bilateral relations.
