Home Adviser Lt. Gen. Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (retd) today said the visa process for the foreign tourists would be made easy to lure them to visit Bangladesh.

On Monday (30 September, 2024)The home adviser made the remarks when a delegation of European Bangladesh Federation of Commerce & Industry (EBFCI) led by Dr Wali Tasar Uddin, a Bangladeshi-born British entrepreneur, paid a courtesy call on the home adviser at the latter’s Secretariat office here.

Describing expatriate Bangladeshis as an asset for the country, he said, “They have a great role in making overall development of Bangladesh.”

He told the Bangladeshi expatriates that the country belongs to all, saying, “The country is belongs to you all and mine also. We have to build the country together.”
