A notification issued by the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance has promoted three Deputy General Managers of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) to the post of General Manager. The promoted officers are:
1) Mr. Sultan Ahmed, 2) Mr. Md. Habibur Rahman, 3) Mr. Bibhas Saha
Mr. Sultan Ahmed holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance from Dhaka University. Mr. Md. Habibur Rahman holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from Rajshahi University, and Mr. Bibhas Saha holds a BBA and MBA in accounting from Chittagong University.
All three promoted officers started their careers as senior officers in Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) in 1995.
Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB, Professor Abu Ahmed, and Honorable Managing Director of ICB, Mr. Niranjan Chandra Debnath, extended floral greetings and congratulations to the newly appointed General Managers. In addition, floral greetings and congratulations were extended to them by the CEOs of the three subsidiary companies of ICB, the ICB Officers Association, and the ICB Employees Union.
