Three-day housing fair begins at Jamuna Future Park

A three-day housing fair has begun at Jamuna Future Park, South Asia’s largest shopping mall. The fair, organized at the shopping mall’s center court on Thursday (November 27, 2025), was inaugurated by Jamuna Group Director (Marketing, Sales and Operations) Dr. Alamgir Alam. The fair, organized by Beacon Communications, will continue till Saturday.

At the inaugural ceremony, Dr. Alamgir Alam said, “Jamuna Future Park has always been working to improve the quality of life, consumer experience and business opportunities of people. The enthusiasm, trust and response of people at the housing fair are further inspiring us. Our cooperation in such developmental initiatives will continue in the future as well.”

The country’s top housing institutions and resort brands are participating in this event under one roof. Buyers and visitors of all classes can enjoy the fair from 11 am to 8 pm every day.

The fair will showcase flats, plots and commercial spaces in various premium locations including Dhaka, Purbachal, Mawa Highway, Keraniganj, as well as share and ownership opportunities in resorts and five-star hotels in the hospitality sector of Cox’s Bazar and Kuakata. Visitors will directly get the latest trends, legal guidelines and investment advice in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

The sponsor of the fair is Ascend Group. Sponsors are Goldsands Hotels and Resorts Limited and Chuti Group. Gold sponsors include Bhaiya Hotels and Resorts Limited, HR Resort Group and Hadi Lands and Development Limited. In addition, ARA Asset Group, Midtown Developers Limited, Al-Noman Group and many other organizations have participated in this year’s fair.
