Swadesh Properties Limited has organized a Baisakhi Housing Fair at its head office in Taher Tower, Gulshan-2, in the capital. This housing fair, which started on Saturday, May 3, 2025, will continue from 9 am to 7 pm every day until May 10. This event is open to all.
This fair, specially organized for housing enthusiasts, will provide an opportunity to book plots and apartments in Swadesh Properties’ RAJUK-approved “Sbornali” and “Sunvalley” projects. These plots are available at a discount on a one-time payment, and there is also a booking facility in installments.
These two projects, built on about 5,200 bighas of land under the Dhaka North City Corporation, are already ready for building construction. The Sun Valley project is being developed on the basis of modern civic amenities and eco-friendly planning, which is connected to Madani Avenue and Purbachal Expressway.
Several educational institutions and healthcare facilities have been developed next to the project—such as United International University, Dhaka International University, Sir John Wilson School, and United Medical College. In addition, the project area has its own 80-foot wide road, three playgrounds, a horse riding school, the proposed Monash University, and two lakes of 130 and 100 feet wide—which have increased the beauty and livability of the project many times over.
At the opening ceremony of the fair, Swadesh Properties Limited Managing Director Dr. M. A. Qayyum said, “Our projects are approved by all relevant agencies including RAJUK. We are committed to handing over safe and well-planned plots to the buyers. Already, 95% of the plots of the Swarnali project have been handed over.”
