Russian House in Dhaka hosted a roundtable with leading journalists from Bangladeshi Media

On Thurday (October 23, 2025), the Russian House in Dhaka hosted a roundtable with leading journalists from Bangladeshi media outlets. The event was dedicated to discussing the center’s future directions.

The new Director of the Russian House, Alexandra Khlevnoy, presented development plans to the journalists, emphasizing the expansion of educational programs and promotion of quota-based education for Bangladeshi students wishing to obtain higher education in Russia. “We strive to help talented Bangladeshi youth gain access to quality higher education at Russian universities,” stated Alexandra A. Khlevnoy.

The event also announced a series of events within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology, which will take place in the first half of November and will include a series of master classes, seminars, and other activities aimed at strengthening scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries.
