The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rupali Insurance Company Limited was held recently.
Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was held virtually from Rupali Bima Bhaban, located at 7 Rajuk Avenue in the capital, according to a press release.
The meeting was attended by Directors Fazlutun Nessa, Shafia Sobhan Chowdhury, Abu Hena, S. Ahmed, along with Advisor PK Roy, FCA, Consultant Mr Nazrul Islam , Chief Executive Officer Fauzia Quamrun Tania, and other senior executives of the company.
During the meeting, the shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend for the year 2024, reflecting the company’s steady financial performance and commitment to delivering value to its investors.
