A three-day single housing fair and festival has begun to mark the anniversary of Premium Holding Limited. The company’s Chairman Mostafizul Huda inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon at the corporate office of Gulshan Garage Building in Gulshan-1 in the capital on Thursday (September 11, 2025) morning. Later, Managing Director Rowshan Al Mahmud officially launched the fair by cutting a cake.
Company Director Naznin Akhter, Advisor Nurul Islam, Head of Business Rezaul Karim and other officials at various levels were present at the event.
Moving forward with the determination to meet the housing needs of the middle class, Premium Holding is currently working on four projects—Premium Town, Premium Garden, Premium Valley and Premium Rose Valley.
At the inauguration ceremony, the Managing Director said, “We don’t just give hope, we give assurance. Premium does what it says – that’s why our projects have gained popularity among customers in a short period of time.”
Citing the trust of customers, a retired army officer who bought a plot from Premium Town said that the government roads around the project and the management’s promise motivated him to buy a plot here.
The single housing fair is open to all and will continue till September 13, 2025.
