The party’s member secretary, Mr. Akhtar Hossain, has submitted his final nomination papers for Rangpur-04 constituency as a candidate of the Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) in the 13th National Parliament election. He is contesting the election with the Shapla Kali symbol.
He submitted his nomination papers at the office of the concerned Returning Officer on Monday (December 29, 2025). Local leaders and activists of the Jatiya Nagorik Party were present at the time.
