The head office of Janata Bank Executive was inaugurated in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on Monday (October 21, 2024) morning. It was inaugurated by Janata Bank CO Mohammad Kamruzzaman.
Abu Dhabi branch manager Mohammad Rezaul Haq, prominent community figure of Abu Dhabi Abdus Salam Talukder, Dubai branch manager Mohammad Ruhul Amin Suman, Sharjah branch manager Mohammad Faisal, Al Ain branch manager Tahul Islam were present during the inauguration.
Prominent community personalities Raja Mallik, Shefali Akhtar Ankhi, Zaheed Imran CIP, Dr. Shafi Chairman TCT Dubai, Dubai’s prominent businessman local Gani Abdul Mokhtiar, Mohammad Mohin Uddin, prominent businessman Noor Hossain Sumon and many others were present.
Mr. CO said that the existing two-storey new office space is adequate for customers. We struggled to serve customers in the old office for the past three decades. At present, we have taken new offices for expatriate Bangladeshis at par with other banks through which expatriates from far and wide can actually get services easily from our office. Our new office location is next to Burger King intersection near Hamdan Center opposite Abu Dhabi Capital Gardens.
Expatriates will provide more financial support to the country by sending remittances through Janata Bank, the flag bearer of Bangladesh. Customers can discuss with senior officials including branch managers to avail any benefits. In a question, the CO said that we have applied to the Emirates government to install 15 ATM machines in different populated areas of the Emirates.
