Jamaat Ameer pays courtesy call on Chief Advisor

On Sunday (January 18, 2026) at 6:30 pm, a four-member delegation led by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer-e-Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman participated in a courtesy and exchange of views with the Chief Advisor.

The delegation included the organization’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former member of parliament Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, Secretary General and former member of parliament Mia Golam Parwar and Assistant Secretary General Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan.

Among the advisors present at the time were Planning Advisor Dr. Wahid Uddin Mahmud, Advisor to the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Industry, Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Adilur Rahman Khan, and Advisor to the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Roads, Bridges and Railways Muhammad Fawzul Kabir Khan.
