Honorable Ameer-e-Jamaat public leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman offered the holy Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at National Mosque Baitul Mukarram today. He participated in the 1st Eid Jamaat at the National Mosque at 7:00 am and broke down in tears during the prayer. After offering the Eid prayers, the Ameer-e-Jamaat exchanged Eid greetings with a large number of leaders and workers of the organization and ordinary Muslims. Later, he spoke to journalists.
Present at the time were Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Executive Council Member Mr. Mubarak Hossain, Central Working Committee Member and Nayeb-e-Ameer of Dhaka Metropolitan South Dr. Ed. Helal Uddin, Assistant Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan South Dr. Abdul Mannan and Mr. Kamal Hossain along with local Jamaat leaders.
