Interim government committed to building an independent and efficient judiciary: Chief Adviser

Principal Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus said that the interim government is committed to building an independent and efficient judiciary.

He said that the July Revolution has provided an opportunity to build a new civilization. The Chief Adviser urged those concerned with the judiciary to utilize this opportunity.

He made these remarks at a national seminar on ‘Independence and Efficiency of the Judiciary’ organized at Hotel Intercontinental on Sunday (June 22, 2025).

Chief Justice Dr. Syed Refaat Ahmed presided over the program. Among others, Attorney General of Bangladesh Md. Asaduzzaman and Vice Chairman of Bangladesh Bar Council Advocate Joynal Abedin spoke.
