Foreign Affairs Adviser Mr. Md. Touhid Hossain participated in the Ministerial Meeting of the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), convened on the sidelines of the 80th UNGA High-Level Week at UN Headquarters on Friday (26 September 2025).
In his intervention, the Foreign Affairs Adviser emphasized the urgent need to accelerate the implementation of the Doha Programme of Action in light of multiple global crises affecting LDCs. He called for greater international support, reform of the international financial architecture, enhanced climate finance, and measures to ensure sustainable and irreversible graduation of LDCs.
