‘Faded fascist forces continue their attempts to destabilize the country’ – Industry Advisor

Advisor to the Ministry of Industry and Housing and Public Works Adilur Rahman Khan said, Bangladesh will move forward, no one can stop it. The conspiracy has not stopped. The fallen fascist forces continue their attempts to destabilize the country. But if the anti-fascist political forces are united, their conspiracy will not succeed.

He said, the process of building a new Bangladesh that started a year ago on the blood of the martyrs in the mass movement of 24. After a year, I can say that there is no lack of sincerity in implementing that process. Today, we have laid the foundation stone of a mosque. Which is a very good initiative of the CDA.

Industry Advisor Adilur Rahman Khan said this while laying the foundation stone of the Ring Road Mosque of the Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) in Patenga area of Chittagong on Fryday (8 august, 2025) afternoon.

The foundation stone laying ceremony of this CDA-implemented mosque was attended by Chittagong City Corporation Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain, CDA Chairman Engineer Md. Nurul Karim, CDA Chief Engineer Kazi Hasan Bin Shams, City Corporation and CDA officials.

Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain said, there was no mosque in the Patenga Outer Ring Road area for a long time. Today, we laid the foundation stone of this mosque. All of us present here are partners in building the house of Allah. He called for the construction of a park next to the mosque.

The total area of this two-storey mosque will be 44,199 square feet, where 1,918 worshippers can offer prayers. There will be arrangements for women to offer prayers in this mosque. After laying the foundation stone, Maulana Mamun led the prayer.
