Dutch Bangla Bank’s orientation program for new MTOs successfully completed

The closing ceremony of the orientation program organized for the newly appointed Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) was held on Monday (17 March 2025) at the Training, Research and Development Division (TR&DD) of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The Deputy Managing Director (MD; CC) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the bank, Mr. Shahidur Rahman Khan, was present as the chief guest at the event. He gave a guiding speech to the new officers and highlighted the importance of their role in the development of the bank.

In addition, the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and Chief Corporate Business Officer (CCBO) Mr. Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan was present as the special guest at the event. He delivered the closing speech and wished the new MTOs a successful professional life.

This orientation program of Dutch-Bangla Bank is conducted with the aim of enhancing the skills of new bank officers, which is expected to help improve the overall service quality of the bank.
