Dhaka District Administration has launched a new initiative “Hello DC” to reduce the suffering of service recipients and ensure more transparency and accountability in administrative activities. Through this service, the citizens of Dhaka district will be able to directly communicate with the district administration and share their grievances, opinions and necessary information.

Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Farida Khanam said that the district administration is working tirelessly to deliver services to the doorsteps of the people and listen to the voices of the marginalized people. She said that “Hello DC” will play an important role in quickly resolving the problems of the common people and increasing the direct communication of the people with the administration.
