BNP’s election manifesto must be implemented with professionalism: Disaster Management and Relief Minister

Desk Report:

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Asadul Habib Dulu has called on officials to take an oath with the resolve to create a prosperous homeland by avoiding all kinds of irregularities, corruption and mischief and following the path of truth, beauty and honesty. He said that the people are the owners of the country. To build a beautiful future for the people, talent and labor must be invested in the professional implementation of the election manifesto of the nationalist party-BNP.

The minister said these things while addressing the officials of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief and subordinate departments at the meeting room of the ministry at the Bangladesh Secretariat in Dhaka on Tuesday (February 24, 2026).

The minister said that intensive monitoring must be done at every stage to prevent wastage of government money and to maintain the quality of work. Its usefulness must be ensured in project selection.

State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Iqbal Hossain spoke as the special guest at the event, chaired by the ministry’s secretary, Saidur Rahman Khan.
