BNP delegation visits Code City on fourth day of China visit

On Thursday (June 26, 2025), the fourth day of its China visit, a delegation of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP, led by its Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, visited the state-of-the-art smart city project “Code City” located in the Xi’an Hi-Tech Industries Development Zone in China.

During the visit to Code City, which has developed as a unique example of smart urbanization, the delegation was informed in detail about modern technology-based urban management, innovative infrastructure construction, environmentally friendly planning and smart service provision for citizens. During the visit, local authorities presented the vision, technological capabilities and future plans of Code City to BNP leaders.
