The Bangladesh Electric Vehicle & Mobility Exhibition (BEVMX 2024) and Bangladesh International Medical Exhibition (BIMEX 2024) organized by Savor International Limited were held at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka. These exhibitions, which ran from November 7 to November 9, 2024, showcased the latest innovations and solutions in electric vehicles and medical technologies.
BEVMX 2024 highlighted electric vehicles, renewable energy solutions, and associated technologies, bringing to light the latest trends and advancements in the EV industry. BIMEX 2024, on the other hand, focused on the promotion of medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and laboratory products and services in Bangladesh, with dedicated segments such as Medical Equipment, Lab Bangladesh, PharmaNext, and Vethealth Bangladesh.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Mr. Md. Hafizur Rahman, Administrator of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI); Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad, President of the Bangladesh Electric Mobility Association (BEMA); Mr. Hafizur Rahman Khan, President of the Bangladesh Automobiles Assemblers and Manufacturers Association (BAAMA); Mr. Sk. Aminuddin, Director of Akij Group and CEO of Akij Motors; and Mr. Mohammed Tipu Sultan, President of the Bangladesh Medical Equipment Importers and Suppliers Association (BMEISA). Mr. Amirul Islam, Chairman of Savor International Limited, and Mr. Md. Faizul Alam, Managing Director of Savor International Limited, were also present.
The event was supported by various associate partners, including IBCCI, BMCCI, BAAMA, BEMA, ABMEAB, MyZEVA, BRTA, BMSS, BMIHEDMA, ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter, Bangladesh Veterinary Association, and Bangladesh Veterinary Council.
BEVMX and BIMEX 2024 drew a large number of visitors, including industry professionals and companies, who had the opportunity to explore innovative solutions and make valuable connections. Through this exhibition, attendees gained direct insights into new advancements in the electric vehicle and healthcare sectors.
The organizers have expressed hopes of expanding the exhibition’s scale in the future to further highlight Bangladesh’s potential in the electric vehicle and healthcare industries on a global platform.
