The four-day ‘Anwar Ispat–Anwar Cement 9th President’s Cup Golf Tournament 2026’ has successfully concluded. The tournament wrapped up on the night of October 10 with a colorful closing and prize-giving ceremony at the Army Golf Club in Dhaka.
Manwar Hossain, Chairman of Anwar Group of Industries, and Major General Md. Sajjad Hossain, President of the Army Golf Club, attended the event and handed over trophies to the winners.
Representatives from Anwar Group of Industries present at the event included Deputy Managing Directors Furkan N. Hossain and Waiez R. Hossain; Chief Financial Officer Babla Basu, FCA; Chief Marketing Officer Galib Mohammad; Chief Human Resources Officer Mehedi Arif Mozammel; Anwar Ispat’s Chief Operations Officer (Retd.) Commodore Humayun Kallol; Anwar Cement’s Chief Operations Officer Anisuzzaman; Anwar Ispat’s Director (Business) Kamrul Haider Khan; Director (Administration) Shah Mohammad Noor-E-Saifullah; and Anwar Cement’s Senior General Manager Nasif Kabir Khan Siddiqui, along with other senior officials of the organization.
Senior officials from the Army Golf Club and distinguished guests also participated in the event.
The closing ceremony of the four-day tournament concluded with lively cultural performances, an exciting raffle draw, and a dinner.
