Today, 21 February 2026, on the occasion of the great International Mother Language Day, ‘Amar Ekushey’ special class and creative activities were organized by Serov Academy of Fine Arts with the participation of children in the spirit of Ekushey.
At the beginning of the program, the board of directors of the academy, all teachers, students and respected guardians performed the national anthem in unison and paid deep tribute to the language martyrs by reverently singing the song “Amar Bhaiyer Rokte Rangano Ekushey February” .
In the special class, small children made martyrs’ towers out of paper and painted them in colorful colors with their own creativity. Other students expressed their thoughts through drawings and creative presentations focusing on the history of Ekushey, the spirit of the language movement and the importance of the mother language.
The program was very lively and emotional. Students and parents enjoyed the entire event with great interest and joy. The academy authorities expressed their determination to continue such events to develop the spirit of the language movement, patriotism and creativity among the future generations.
