A committee is being formed to resolve the dispute between the two sides of Tabligh: Religious Advisor

Religious Advisor Dr. AFM Khalid Hossain said that a committee is being formed with representatives of the two parties concerned to resolve the problems of the two conflicting parties of Tabligh Jamaat.

The advisor said this after a meeting with the two sides of Tabligh in his office at the Secretariat today (July 30). Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and Special Assistant to the Principal Advisor in the Home Ministry Khoda Bakhsh Chowdhury were present at the meeting.

The advisor said that this committee will be headed by an additional secretary to resolve the dispute between Tabligh. Both parties will have their representatives in the committee. Hopefully, through this committee, both groups will be able to reach an agreement, and the path of conflict will be closed. This is what we want.
