An Eid reunion was held at the head office of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC on 15 June, 2025, Sunday organized by Islami Bank Officers’ Kallyan Somity (IBOKS). The event was arranged to foster goodwill and share joy among colleagues returning to work after Eid.
ObayedUllah Al Masud, chairman of the bank, was present as the chief guest. Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director(Current Charge) presided over the event while Md. Altaf Hossain and Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, additional managing directors, addressed as special guests.
Md. Mahboob Alam and Mahmudur Rahman, deputy managing directors and Md Aminur Rahman, senior executive vice president, addressed the program. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Muhammad Sayeed Ullah,K.M. Munirul Alam Al-Mamun and Md. Maksudur Rahman, deputy managing directors of the bank, were also present at the program.
A.K.M Mahbub Morshed, president of IBOKS and senior executive vice president of the bank, addressed the welcome speech and Md Mahbub-a-Alam, vice president of IBOKS and senior executive vice president of the bank, thanked the audience and conducted Munajat. Executives, officers and employees of different ranks from the head office and various branches, were also present on the occasion.
The event featured the exchange of Eid greetings, sharing of experiences, songs, recitations, and modest standing comedy.
