The 15th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) was held at Islami Bank Tower in the capital on Sunday (April 20, 2025). The meeting was presided over by the company’s Board of Directors Chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab.
The meeting was attended by the company’s Directors Prof. Dr. M. Masud Rahman, Md. Altaf Hussain, G. M. Muhammad Gias Uddin Quader, Shareholders’ Representatives Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Md. Ashraful Haque, FCA, Md. Saleh Iqbal, Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Committee Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdus Samad and Managing Director and CEO (Acting) Abu Saeed Md. Nahid, FCS.
The financial statements for the fiscal year 2024 were approved at the annual general meeting. In addition, various important issues related to the organization’s overall business success, future plans, and shareholder interests are discussed.
