An important meeting was held on the potential United Arab Emirates (UAE) investment in the development of Bangladesh’s cricket infrastructure. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Ad Hoc Committee Member Syed Ibrahim Ahmed paid a courtesy call on UAE Ambassador to Bangladesh Abdullah Ali Alhamoudi.
The meeting discussed various possibilities for modernizing Bangladesh’s cricket infrastructure and upgrading it to international standards. During this time, importance was given to the potential UAE investment in the construction of international standard cricket stadiums, modern indoor training facilities, advanced turf development and sports science-based support.
